The ClearlyIP engineering team has been busy with lots of improvements for Clearly Cloud. We’re excited to announce a few of them are now live! (Please keep the feature requests and suggestions coming!)
New Additions
Parking Lot Music on Hold
You can now customize the caller’s experience when parked by specifying a different music on hold profile for each Parking Lot.
Clearly Live Video Meetings – Set PINs and Invite Contacts
Securing your video meetings and inviting contacts when using Clearly Live just got easier. You can now set an optional PIN easily when creating a Clearly Live video conference room. When in a meeting (or in the lobby), click the “Invite people” icon.
Time Conditions – Improved Layout & Labels
We’ve reorganized Time Conditions to make it easier to use, apply time zones, and see Early Open/Close status. Additionally, when “Shared” is selected, a Time Condition is accessible to users in Call Panel for use within their Follow Me settings, allowing Follow Me to be enabled during specific hours.
Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Call Panel incoming call sound improved (previously was the same as the ‘dialing’ sound).
- Call Parking pickup now plays a beep sound to both parties when a call is picked up.
- Bulk Assignment of E911 Callbacks and Locations now supported.
- Single Logout (SLO) when using SAML is now supported.
- Issues with Screen Pop behavior on internal calls and URL length corrected.
- An issue with Ring Group timeout was fixed where the Failover Destination was not being utilized.
- Fixed issues searching in Chat within Call Panel.
- Issues with Daylight Savings Time in Time Conditions were addressed.
- Call Recording Archives can now be downloaded.
